Frequently Asked Questions
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the United States is $6.00 per order.
Where do you ship?
At this time, I ship within the United States only.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every piece is designed and created by me using wirework, gemstones, beads, and other carefully selected materials.
Will I receive the exact item shown?
Unless otherwise noted, you will receive the exact item pictured. Natural stones and handmade elements may contain variations that are part of their unique character.
What materials do you use?
Materials vary by piece and may include copper, brass, silver-tone wire, gemstones, crystals, glass beads, and other decorative elements. Specific materials are listed in each product description. Most of my wire comes from Rio Grande, except silver-tone wire. And most of the beads I purchase directly from suppliers so I can see the quality firsthand.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is handmade, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my item arrives damaged or has a defect?
If your item arrives damaged or experiences a workmanship defect within 14 days of delivery, please contact me with photos and a description of the issue. I will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate. You can reach me by filling out the Contact Us form.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! If an item is sold out or you have an idea for a piece you would like created just for you, I would be thrilled to work with you, please contact me by filling out the Contact US form.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To help preserve your jewelry, avoid prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces in a dry location when not in use. Metal will naturally slightly tarnish over time giving it character and a slightly antiqued look.
Are the gemstones natural?
Many of my pieces feature natural gemstones. Because natural stones vary in color, pattern, and inclusions, each stone is unique.
Copper Wire Pieces
I love working with copper wire because of its natural beauty and ease of use. My personal preference is to tarnish the wire slightly and I do that with liver of sulfur. If you find a piece that you would prefer not tarnished, please reach out by filling out the Contact Us and I will recreate it without the tarnish.
How can I contact you?
